Brief introduction
On the basis of a self-made 28 bit resolution analog-to-digital converter, high-precision detection technology is adopted to achieve an 8-and-a-half bit power display resolution. It has measurement functions such as voltage, current, and resistance with multiple ranges, as well as output functions for current, voltage, and resistance. The resolution is 0.1 μ V and the accuracy is 4ppm.
